Bloke at work bought an X-Type with a few toys, I said 'nice Mondeo'. He says you wish your Mondeo was as well specced as this.
I asked have you got DVD/headrest screens/heated and cooled seats/parking sensors/elec folding mirrors/Sony in-dash CD changer etc then?
Clamped. lol He is a ****er mind. :d

Nova failed/passed its mot this morning (was going to fail on a split cv boot, till i pointed out that id bought one and brought it with me, so they fitted it and passed it) even told me that it would actually pass the emissions test for a catalyst aswell :d
Then went for a jolly to upullit in my van, and found the little trim pocket things that go on the sill trims, and a check strap for my van, first time ive driven it in ages as it was off the road, and had a passenger in the back too, crew seats ftw :thumb:

For the moment yes mate
But when i was rushed off to hospital they did a x-ray which showed up 5 more in my kidney, they cant give me the correct medication to break them down until they have found out which type of stones they are (there is 3 types im told) need to have Ultrasound and CT scans, which is Wednesday, so im praying that they stay put until after then
Oooof, that sounds horrific, i hope they sort it asap and they pass quickly bud!
It aint good, worse bit of it all is that i hate sitting around doing nothing, there's only so much xbox and tv watching i can do lol

That thread is funny read mate, I'm pretty sure I have kidney stones from too much calcium (that's what I had 15 years ago anyway ) that chap has them from drinking too much tea

RTG is an awesome forum (ignoring the SAFC link). Pure Football and SMB forums are pure gold at times. Loads of meltdowns, amazing/terrible Photoshops and random sh!t.
I have never known a forum like that. It's hugely busy all of the time too. They hijack polls and all text into TV channels etc.

I wire wheeled them first then polished, unfortunately my bench grinder is a cheap one and as soon as you put a lot of pressure on the polishing mop, it stops spinning.
I think I'll have to get the header tank polished by someone proper as I can't get enough pressure to really buff her up. What do you use For polishing Benn?
I also used srp on the silicone hoses to remove marks and buff them, it did a reasonable job.
BTW, pics plz. :d

Unfortunately not, it seemed to follow us, ive never seen the wind so bad, it was picking up all the dust from the fields (90% of the ride was open land) and battering us with it, ive been in the shower and washed my face afterwards, and ive just been back to the bathroom and rinsed my eyes with eye drops as they were still full of dust and grit

Bucket should be ok but they can grow to 5/6 foot tall
they go to about 4'6" & need a cane. the stuff you see in the field in england is not edible for humans & grows way taller... i once tried to convince a gang of brickies that they really shouldn't bother nicking a load from the adjacent field as it would be like bullets & taste shyte... but as is common knowledge, brickies always know better lol lol

Getting out in the Sport for the first time in nearly 9 months, with the sun shining, even if it was only to get to work for its MOT! Passed its MOT with flying colours :)
Guy in a VW letting me out and getting excited about seeing a Sport lol. I could see him in the mirror pointing and mouthing the words 'is it a real Sport?'. I nodded and he gave me the thumbs up then mouthed the words 'has it got the twin carbs?'. I nodded again and I got the thumbs up again. Gave it some down the slip road and then slowed to let him overtake, he seemed pretty impressed :)

Finding that my ECU had never been earthed to bypass the lambda sensor, so was always overfueling, causing it to be down on power, rough when accelerating, bogging down from low revs etc... So sorted that little lot by modifying the ECU loom, and then as I finished the postman arrived with my brand new washer bottle, so fitted that and binned the old dirty original. I like days like today, even though the weather has been proper rubbish!
