Looks so much better without the airflow meter and air filter. How come its back on the cav turbo wheels? Not that I don't like them.
Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and proclaiming, “DAMN, what a ride!!”

£67 is a quite steep for a pair of oil lines, but it's cheaper than a rebuild. You think the wider clips will hold up? If so, no worries.

Which made me very proud to see people wearing them on the day and even more so when i was told they sold out by lunch time.
One day I'll start a build thread. One day...

I don't feel like i've done much since PV, been mainly driving it. Well i was then it started running badly again... At the MOT station. Best place for it too... But it past it MOT.. With just one advice that i'd done 60k miles in a year.... haha oh yeah i changed the speedo to try something out. Oops.
So took the car home and found the ecu was very hot... That isnt right.
    Opened the ecu up,

These where in it... Meant to be gen chips, I don't think they are.

Swapped to a spare set i had.

ECu light still ok, still running off.
but now got a standard ECU tried it last night and it runs much better and no ECU light. Just need to adjust my fuel pressure down now.

A few pics of bits i did before PV i had forgotten...

    Clutch cable bracket chromed.

New chav valve fitted, is loud... Like a bus dumping it's air brakes. I liked a Performance Direct one, but missed one on Ebay. Got this as a 2nd offer thing... Jumped at it before reading the add fully. Its a PD copy. Seems on tho.

Being a big fan of riv-nuts/clinch-nuts i've fitted the to where the wings mount to the front panel. Makes life much nicer and easier.

Now i had a lot of marks on my roof, from me and from being in the bodyshop. So i set about fixing them, more involved than i thought. I ended up 3000k grit wet sanding my whole roof.

Looks a bit better, i've looked for marks and can't see any.
