    Default suspension turrets

Hi. What are the implications and/or concerns with having two inches added to the suspension turrets, thus effectively lowering the car but being able to use standard suspension for comfort.....

Gonna be close to the bonnet, couldn't run a strut brace, would mean the lower arm is always angled upwards ect. Lowering springs and shocks (not Coilovers) are surprising forgiving anyway, better with slightly chunky tyres

I measured the space and it is a little over two inches between bonnet and turret. Just for arguments sake say it was just a 25mm change on the turret......

I know people in the past have been known to mount the stub axle further up the rear axle in order to get the back end lower, but to go to those lengths on the front end just seems daft....
