You didn't bother going to watch the surf comp then? The zero gravity guys were good to watch and some of the splittys on show were fantastic! Made me want one big time!

We're tidying up our white mk1 golf cab before we sell it on and the rust on the drivers rear arch was the worst bit left to sort out.

ground it off yesterday and acid etch primed and today was filler and first coat of colour. Apart from my fingers being a bit sore from all the sanding, I'm well chuffed, as is the missus, who owns it.

    Grinded and etch primed.

5 thin skims of p38 later.

    Good work Jeff.
All I wanted was a Pepsi, just one Pepsi
    Far from suicidal
    Still I get them tendencies
    Bringing back them memories
That I really miss when I reminisce

Cleaned up the jag discs and calipers and everything looked good so copper greased the pads etc and all works sweet and the brake warning light used to come on when the brake pedal was pressed so I linked the pad sensor wires and all sorted :D

Cheers Benn, i don't normally do bodywork as I prefer to leave it to people that know what they're doing, but I'm so tight nowadays I fix everything myself.

i wonder if I could apply the same skills to the black nova? Hmm!
