Im happy with what im doing as the bike i now own, were top of the line in their day, my caldera was £900 new, and im certain the one ive just won on the bay (as a full bike new) had a price tag of £1099!!




Err, TJ why would i need an extra wide seat, both my kona's run charge 'spoons' and theyre normal sized, i dont get what you mean?

Singlespeed will be burnt then binned, the forks will be launched in the recycling bin and it will be getting my '96 judy xc's and some xt mechs ive got kicking about, i want to try and re-spec it as it wouldve been/how it wouldve been upgraded back int day

kHs bikes. No stock till march though a 26" hard tail in ace spec for £600 or even better spec for £900, then 29" in mental spec for a grand. Jobs a Goodun.

I've been riding the wife's specialised hardrock sport (blokes bike) and even though I don't do much bar 15miles a week on trail and road, I have found many limitations of it etc and that was a £350 bike.

Don't get a 29er, that's like putting 20's on a nova, shocking things to ride them 29ers
