I'm at the gym 5 days a week most weeks (sometimes Saturdays too) allegedly muscle helps burn fat, not sure how I think and google doesn't help the argument as some people say it does some say it doesn't what I think they mean is lifting weights is another good way to burn calories.

A new front mech as I mashed the other one last week. Its amazing how a few 'levels' up the shimano range makes a huge difference on a simple thing like the front. Deore xt top swing ftw :) I was just going to get the cheapest possible but a)the are all £20 or less anyway unless going for this years xtr and b.) no where had stock of anything lower than the Dxt :)

You have to hand it to Apple, painting the phone a different colour, doing a software update(which can be done on the 5) and adding an 'S' to the end and they have a new phone that the gullable i-follow crowd get all excited about & sucked into buying. Clever marketing shifts more inferior phones lol.
I think Samsung are leaps ahead of Apple and if it wasn't for the image & marketing they would go the same way as Blackberry.

See it's funny, i've been reading all about the new OS7 update, with all the bits people can't get their heads around/are moaning at, tried the gf's 5 with os7 and it's not like most other touch screen phones...
You swipe and slide alot of things... Rather than a press. So all apple have done is made the 7 update inline with 2-3 years old Htc/Samsungs..

Oh and saw a video some where of a 35 year old guy crying because he couldn't get the gold 5s, had to have a black one..

Got a HTC One recently, tried that and the S4 out and the S4 feels like a pez dispenser in build quality compared... It has a lot of extra features/sensors but I'd use maybe one of those extra features and I'd much rather have the simplicity of HTC menus.

Yeah, only a billet alloy frame, it's not entirely CNC'd, they also injection mould with a zero gap moulding process. But it is very solid in hand, and it makes the S4 feel like a cheap toy.

They were a very pricey dealer fit option for the whole model range. Nice to have a period unit but still be able to use a CD rather than an old tape!
