    Looking good, probably the cleanest install I’ve ever seen.

    Default House's ITB XE build and re-build

    First minor adjustment.

    We noticed on the dyno when shifting on WOT sparks appeared to come out of the alternator. Got the alternator out and upon closer investigation I found the pulley had been rubbing the chassis leg.



    Got the pulley off and fired up the lathe to adjust the pulley, just machined the outer edge off it as it's not really needed



    Had to shorten the end of the shaft out of the alternator too





    Done and ready to go back in



    Plenty of space there now



    I think the final solution will be a 4th engine mount to stop the movement. I'll discuss this with Ben and see what we can come up with.
