Iain, sending shitty PM's to random people from my account off my laptop while I was in the shower.
Thomson randomly changing our holiday in October to a crap room in the same hotel. The reason we booked that specific hotel was because of the room... apparently they 'oversubscribed' the available rooms. I feel like having a good old shout at them tomorrow
Oh and our neighbour has put in for planning permission to build a couple of whacking great flats in his back garden, up against the border of our plot and looking right into our garden. He doesn't live there, he rents it out... and chances are he's going to rent these new flats out too despite all the 'helping first time buyers' bullshit he put in the application.
