    Fook

makes my sudden back ache seem trivial.
was about to moan about it too , ah fuck it I'll moan anyway.
was sitting down for breakfast in a derby hotel a week ago, suddenly mot sit I have this stabbing/burning pain in my ring mid back area (never had back issues before).. Could barely breath but managed to tough rough a full English
just about survived a days work in the office before clamping myself into the car with the bolsters and lumbar set to max. Went to the docs on Friday and had a wee test as I was pissing more than usual too, all fine.
the pain has eased at last, only took a week, although I get tired easily and the pain comes back with minimal exertion.
I was hoping it was kidney issues etc as they can be fixed with medicine, back stuff is witch craft

206 failed it mot on a lower ball joint. Can you buy the ball joint seperatly? nope! Bought a new complete suspension arm, get home look in the haynes manual and it says you can't re-use the old nuts, of course the new arm didn't come with any. Surely a swift google search will tell me what nut size I need so I can be prepared before taking it apart, no clues to be found. Its times like this that make me realise how easy a Nova is to work on.

I had a really bad back a good while ago, it was permanently in pain, my left shoulder was 2" lower than my right one, the whole thing was tight.
The back stretcher my brother used took 3 sessions (1/2hr) of manipulating my back on his table, and I've been sorted for 16 years. I'd been sceptical before, but if I need to see one again, I'd have no qualms about it.

Gearbox electronics on the Lupo 3L decided to pack up last night. ANWB (Dutch AA) could do fook all about it. Here we go again. ££££
Not particularly impressed with VW products at the moment. Feel like torching the bloody thing.
One day I'll start a build thread. One day...

They really are never ending.. Mine has some issues at the mo, had an over heating issue but before it over heated I heard detonation so could be anything just praying it's not the dreaded cracked block.
