Ha, was on my way home from Combe. I only realised PVS was Sunday after seeing you on the road. Shall be there next year hopefully. Once again it looked really good in motion.

Sorry didn't see you'd replied. I saw you said about Combe so took it that's where you'd been. Hope we do see you there next year.. And it's nice seeing it move for me too..

Small bits done...

Wasn't happy with the fit of my scuttle cover, so made a new one up and thought i'll get it flocked to match the plug and top-hat cover. The leather one never looked right.




More matching look.

Got a better fit too which i wanted. As my old one would pop up at one end...




On the way to PVS the car felt a bit off, after queuing in the heat the car was just crap to drive.. Felt like it was missing every so often. Then when i dipped the clutch it would just stall...
Back to work so i got ordering. New cap and arm and new Let plugs, rather than RS turbo plugs.

These seemed to have helped and it idles better now and no missing so far.

When fitting the new cap i added in to P clips. I was never happy that the hall affect sensor wire hung down in the bay.. (crap pic i know)



Added a Pclip to the front and bottom bolt to hold it wire in tight and out of the way.





Oh and no the cap isn't staying orange.

Me too. hurts me every time i need it. Just in a annoying place.
