Jacked the car up to day, tested the wheel for bearing play. Nothing there, took the wheel off and pulled/pushed on the caliper to check for play...
Dan spotted that my bottom ball joint was moving alot.
Turns out the bolts that go thought the lower arm, ball joint, spacer and tie bar had come lose! Even with nilocks and being done up very tight.

So did them back up (am gonna take them apart and lock tight them)

Took it for a drive... Bar now the tracking is out again it didnt pull at all. Gave it some abuse and i could hold it fine. Bar the feeling the trackings out. So am happy.

Well then there is a blast from the past. Didn't even need anyone to point me in the direction of your snide dig either #bellend

I had no loose bolts or nuts at all on my car, countless people tried it and said it felt bad, I think it was a huge combination of things. Still JonnyA had probably never driven a nova with a true bhp reading and is all internet talk.

Just pleased these days I don't own a nova anymore, have a very comfortable living with a new motor on order and my mother does not drive a vauxhall nova either that I named after my old one for some ungodly reason.

Oh and while I am here consider using something other than a nyloc nut, something like the standard ones. Far less susceptible to heat that can be transmitted through the hub during the extremes of temperature.

    I see you haven't changed a bit

My post was in reference to this one:

Me and Ben talk a lot about our work and it was a bit of a private joke referencing Lee mentioning you having issues, however it wasn't even remotely aimed at your car, work or you.

So I hope you feel good about jumping the gun slagging me and my mum's choice of car off like the asshole you obviously still are, tis' a shame all that money hasn't helped with that.

Easy to do, some people dont like anything above 10.8 as they can be weaker

    Another small update.
While on ebay i found some weapon side light bulbs. They are 13 mega bright sm LED.
Nova side lights come in at a funny angle, so a normal led bulb doesn't tend to be that bright till it's fully dark. You tend to see a spot of light. Was never happy with that and normal bulbs are yellow and dirty looking..

New on left and old on right.

    Before (5 led)

    New.

    Stand back....

The difference is very clear. New ones are much much better and where nice and cheap too.

    Later that night......

I sear that is just the side lights...

    In the garage...
    Just sides,

    With headlights..

    A very nice upgrade.
