Said he'd post them. Then when not received said he'd chase it up. 5 weeks later get a call saying he'd been abroad after I text him saying PayPal were refunding me. He promised to send them the following day. The week after he asks for my address saying he'd been away. You can imagine I'd given up at that point

Thats what I thought, I had to ask twice and when I added non standard wheels and suspension the price didn't alter either it was through rh insurance on a classic policy and in 29, they said on classic policy they don't take no claims into account and you don't build them, but this is a second car anyway.
