I stopped drinking coke, only a pint maybe a day, didn't help at all. Drink it again now after 6/7 years and i'm fine with it.

I do find going to the gym late helps me alot. I go at 7pm some days, for 2 hours. Quick protein rich dinner, really hot shower then bed. The heat plus muscle pain/work out really helps me crash to sleep quicker.

If you go back afew years and look at my posts on Mig most are 11pm till 4am kinda time. When i simply couldn't sleep..

I've had sleeping troubles for years, must admit since I've joined a gym I find I do sleep better.

Returning home safe and sound from yet another excellent UK tour with mr. Vlietje. Thanks again mate.
Also thanks to Rich and Kate for a great night out at Anoki with lots of laughs and great lamb curry. Yum.

We were greeted by the Britishest of British weather

But as we travelled north, the skies gave way to beautiful sunshine

Which resulted in this (see pic below) the next morning

Never mind the cold, the Derbyshire sky was a sight to behold

Even spotted my favourite traffic sign (the top one, not the bottom one) in an odd place

..and we witnessed a strange phenomenon in the sky - perhaps the reflection of satellite antennae? Anyone?
One day I'll start a build thread. One day...

    Everyone loves instant karma

Yesterday I grafted a carlton front wheel arch onto the back (carltons have totally flat back arches normally), taking into consideration was me flaring it as much as possible:

    The wheel pictured is a 10j x 18" Azev A and an 80mm drop
