It looks a bit messy Shaun but the idea there was that when it gets dipped again I wasnt wanting any acid being left in any holes in the weld, so left the welds high to be able to grind down when back.

No to think you could have a tidy enough nova for the price iv paid so far is quite scary, still its a hobby.
I got it dipped at SPL in dudey, mixed feelings about them on here. Wouldnt recommend it unless your car is a total rot box and in which case you probably wouldnt want to try and restore.
Well here's a much needed update and I feel iv reached a major milestone in the rebuild. I have a solid shell which is e-coated
moving house use twice and other issues along the way have held me up but now I should be on track for getting the car painted late 2015.

Think it will be a while before billing! The drives to Wolverhampton from Aberdeen nearly killed me .
