Yes bull**** he never tryed it out for size bitches about mm on things and builds his car in ounces so if he thinks I believe that crap then he thinks
1 I'm not gona be fobbed of with crap
2 accept he did not know
3 go away
he's wrong
Had a pic of it on the deck layed out it's impossible to see how it would fit and I had a feeling it was not the best finish but had enquired about the possibility of having that sorted so I had an idea it was
but never had a clue it needed 30 mm - nothing cutting out of it to make fit that's 75% of the spoiler on one side in the middle section
It was made at CM Comosites so I believe
It must have been a very very early product as his quality now is far far better than that tbh. Must have been a wet lay over the top than vaccumed as he does now.
It's old and was an overlay of an original spoiler so what you see is what's normally the back bit that's not the Problem I understand it's rough looking that can be sorted it's the fact it's been moulded around a spoiler not fitted to a boot so miles out
at the end of the day if it was wrong Colin should have gone back to Chris re it ages ago I got it last week and I got it off Colin not Chris so it's not his problem I would have liked some advice on it though if it could be re shaped somehow but nothing I'm assumed no
Thing is I suspect that spoiler is over 4 years old so the twill will be all over the place, it also looks to have twisted really badly. I suspect Colin bought it for a visual use though and not for anything else.
How much did you pay for it anyway? Probably cheaper to carbon wrap a SR spoiler for the same effect I reckon.
It's not an sr one it's irmscher 3 piece
it was £108
its somewhere over 12 months old Chris told me he was making it when I first met him used an original one to copy
its
been made twisted from the get go
