Utterly mad! Whip an engine out just days before PVS - this is proper stress territory! Hang in there Benn!

Still cracking on...


Found my filter pipe wasn't a good seal. I had an off cut so i've added it on, got it as centered as i could then tacked it on. Then welded both sides up.





Air tight now. (been given a clean up)





Made and fitted new oil lines, started piping up the water system.





Messed about, with alot of taking off and refitting... Remade my bonnet cable holder, found it didn't work. Went back to the first one as it works.


Started fitting the coil. Can't have it where i wanted as it will be in the way of everything...(started to get annoyed) So moved it, fitted the header tank. Dont like it where it is...(getting more annoyed) But it will have to do for the mo i think.
Piped up the header tank. Things dont think, more annoyed.
So i thought i'd put more of the front up together..

Now,
Nova headlights i think like all Vauxhall are just speed bolted in to the slam panel. Not the best, two of the 4 on mine have all ways been a bit crap. So time to sort that..

Al i drilled them out and have fitted clinch/rivnuts in place. As they are much better.
