1985 black 1.3SR

After looking for a decent SR for a while, I ended up winning this beauty on ebay just over a week ago and I went to pick it up from Loughborough today. Luckily I had viewed the car the week before the auction ended, so I knew how good it was and could bid with confidence. It is a really solid shell that has had no welding apart from new arches and a little patch on the sill. Robin has done an excellent job of the restoration on it, with loads of new parts having been fitted. I plan to do a few little jobs to it to get it just right and I hope to do some shows in it this summer.

The Swing had to go off into storage. It did about 130 miles to drop it off there and drove perfectly even though it had hardly moved for two years It os being well looked after for a bit...
