Cracked on with the need repairs. Gutted as i didnt realise how bad it was in the corner behind the headlight.. Must of been bad and the covered over, which as just made it so much worse. So my rule is if it rustey remove as my can you can and replace.

Worst bit, looks like it was patched and filled, but water has got in badly.



Cut off, area all cleaned up, bit of CAD to geg the shape and fit right.



Good penertration,



In, just needs some shaping. You can see the bit behind had to be cut out and replaced. Think i must be low on gas too...



Ground back, shapdd a bit more.



Bit of filler to get the join Right and smooth.

I also started to cut another bit of tube (metal bit) so give me abit more angle so the filter points forward a bit more.
