It was and is again but on the top of my shoulders now..

And yeah i know it's all good, it's how you build them up...
managed to shave 3mins off my 5k time too.

Still i missed going to the gym due to being busy and things, so now i've got back in to it, i'm really pushing my self. Shoulders have just a tiny bit of tightness today, so gonna work them hard again tonight.
Wanna push my self and do 10k too, bike is much much easier than treadmill.

Losing more weight,toning up well now,Sunday's bike ride-Absolutely epic day out across the North Yorks moors,starting and finishing at Goathland with some great people on a 17mile bike ride.

Cheers dude, finished early today so got in there for 5pm. Pushed my self and did 10k.. I'm totally knackered now, legs are killing... But feels good.
