All I wanted was a Pepsi, just one Pepsi
    Far from suicidal
    Still I get them tendencies
    Bringing back them memories
That I really miss when I reminisce

Yep straight at it to make a dent then angle to undo it so on pass side then hit it towardsthe front

Once it's lose use mole grips

Doors are a pain if you keeping them give them a good coat of wd40 then hit them with the heat
You will prob burn the outer part of the door and just heat the door hinge not the shell make sure ure new pin is in and wack it while hot. If u heat the hinge on the shell you may distort it as there a pain to get goig. If ure scraping the door open it up and grind the outer skin. To get. To the pin better and start it with a punch from above as once thefe moveing will go easy
    bout

Eventually got it off! I drilled a hole in it do the chisel would sit at piece then it moved with 1 hit

Yeah I'm keeping the doors there in great condition, I'll have to get the doors off another day though I made my pin slightly too big. I threw the original one out so just had to guess the size.

So looms free now? Trust me cutting is a pain as proven last night trying to wire up a bay after years of bodge

I've not done it but have seen people list useing the bonnet stay as a long punch but 8mm bar would do the same and if you turn a nipple on the end even bettersas it will hold it in the centre of the door pin.

If ure keeping them I would try not to use any heat its never the same door after you burn them

Yeah all wiring is out the car and none of it had to be cut

Heres the pin I made today aswell, I'll take a .02" skim from it tomorrow and it will go in, fingers crossed it can get them out.

I've seen this a couple of times when I've been to the Brands Hatch meets and every time think of you. It's all carbon fibre with just the rear quarters and roof red.
