Nova passed the mot!! I would say it went straight through but they failed it 1st for the headlamp alignment but done the work without asking which I'm more than fine with. I think il call that the 1st nova through 1st time!!

the weather its nice and sunny for a change
Noticing that my leg muscles are starting to get big again when i was in the shower this morning, and managing 42 mph on my mountain bike last night on a hill, with fat offroad tyres on too
Been speaking to my uncle, and he's asking if I want to emigrate to Western Australia and work offshore with him.
I have a lot of thinking to do.
