They put all the rolls onto one I'm afraid not give it to you separate.

Dingus told me today that it arrived too late (from their main hub) to be delivered today. I said I paid for 24hr delivery. I have already given you a days grace. This doesn't happen with Yodel/TNT/Hermes etc.
Cheeky ****er said do you need it today? Could travel to Durham depot and may be able to collect if they can find it.
I laughed at him. Said I don't need* it for ages, but I know City Link have a reputation for losing things, so I want it ASAP. Not to mention you have took money from me without providing a service.
