So tempting to post a pic. I even just painted the plate out and uploaded it to photobucket. Just terrified that someone will recognise it and jump in with an offer.

As it stands i made it clear to him that negotiating a price was not top of the list of prioritys, just that i was interetsted and would pay what it was worth. We both agreed that we wouldnt use the glass guide and that it would go to a good home. He bought it new 24 years ago, and has had it serviced 3 times a year. Its on 103k, but is still as it left the factory more or less.

Its a white GTE.

Thanks. Yeah il keep the pics to myself for now. He said the doctor will be reccommending he gives up driving soon, so he will get in touch when the sad news arrives.

Recently had a weekend away in Rome (wedding present) and as Im sure most of you also do, I kept an eye out for any novas/corsa A's. I didn't see any, the photo below was about the closest I got. It was in the museum in the Vatican, hanging in a corridor leading up to the Cisteen (sp?) chapel.



'Italia Nova', I hope you lot saw the title of the painting and didn't just think I was posting up art photos! . Incase any of you are interested, this was a painting done of what they thought Italy looked like gepgraphically well before anyone could even dream of satellite images.
