I marshalled on Rally GB back in (I think)2001, that was good. Out in Cardiff at night til late then a couple of hours sleep then drive out to stage(Designated driver) and cooked breakfast on the gas stove out the back of the van whilst the gravel cars go through before it all kicked off. Ford's gravel cars were awesome, caged up white Volvo T5's that sounded great. Access to the service area and the drivers.

Did you have an electric chop saw? Best thing my Dad gave me, its done skirting & architraves most of the rooms in my house, the roof frames in my garage and some of next doors skirting.

Nah a Handsaw, mitre block, sandpaper, Stanley knife. My brother had a chop saw but it burnt out and I never bothered to have a look at it

Do it Mike, ive been giving serious thought to selling both my astra and my nova and going on the hunt for a cavalier turbo (which i do still really want but cant afford) but when i take the nova out and either see the looks it gets and how fast it turns heads, or give it large on some back roads (hitting the limiter gearing down for corners or coming out of them with the back end stepping out a touch, that sort of thing) i think to myself, i cant possibly get rid of this as i love it too much
