im in the process of making gtir tb's & plenum fit my xe, the plenum will fit in a nova easily so long as theres no firewall. also supposedly japspeed have flow tested the gtir plenum and found it to be non restrictive to the sr20det untill 500hp, i only heard this by word of mouth though so dont hold me to it...

The inlet pictured back a few is a sbd item i think.

Inlet is a waste of time with ph2.

My mate craig had the std inlet 3" top hat, i hat custom inlet. T34 etc

His gave 328bhp mine gave 353bhp.

So is no problem with ph2 etc.

As for pipes not being mandrel bent. Were talking about a road occasional track show car not a race car. With turbo forcing air down, theyll make naff all difference.

    Good work as usual ben!

Just very pissed off as it's my own fault for not pushing the pulley all the way on before bolting it up. AV have another bolt on way to me tho and Dan's sure he has a pulley as i sold my spare.

Carried on today, got a few jobs done.

    So damaged pulley,

Dan's slide hammer, with newly made m12 to m8 end.

    Fitted like this..

Not i worried that i might be beating on it and it wouldn't move.. But luckily two hits and it came right off. Yay.

    Damage.

No damage on the crank at all tho.

While i was there i made these up.

    To go in here..

To do this as i was told the gap wasn't good as it could fold understress.

Then fitted a few shiney bits.. Big thanks to Old man Jimbo for these.

And this is my other Roose hose. Dont look right at all again.. Any one else have the matrix to water tube hose? If it like this?

So hose is wrong. trying to get that sorted.

Mean time. Big thanks to 8V Craig who sorted me out a pulley. So got to fitting that. Timing marks lined up.

Unhappy with how tight it is at the mo tho...

Cam belt on and all timed up.

And cut up another expensive Roose hose, as it was still touching the rad...

Should clean the rad now i believe...

I hate cutting up Roose hoses too but you gotta do what you gotta do.

Nice work on the pulley, glad the crank has no damage, how tight is the new one then?

Needs a must and all that. Don't wanna buy another rad...

My toqure wrench stops at 220nm which it clicked at. I then tried more on a breaker bar (books says 250nm) dont think it moved tho...
