R5Gtt springs to mind, I'm guessing there are 40's out there that can be turbo'd would be good.

/\ agreed looked into this a bit a while ago and a couple of cars had carbs and turbos but its a fair amount of work to get the carbs to keep enough vacuum and fuel to keep the turbo going etc so it can be done just alot of work
Jenvey do a plenum for throttle bodies to convert them to a turbo application, they are shown in last months Total Vauxhall.
