Well ive finally done it... ive bought an engine!!! Well more of a full car but im only interested in the heart

Here she is, F190 OUU if some of you remember her? Nova GTE with a STUPID amount of history

Now some of you may be thingking "WHY the hell are you breaking this?!?!" well heres why

Rear end smash at 50mph while the Nova was stationary, the previous owner was absoloutley gutted

    Now for the engine... a C16SE........ NAHH 2.1L 16V C20XE :D

The reason ive bought the whole car is because to convert a 1.0L to a 2.0L 16V i need new tank, lines loom etc so ive basically got EVERYTHING here i need to do it, and i will try and make some money back on bits, really sorry to be breaking such a historic car but its well and truley dead

Biggest update of J892 AWP... begins here

Oh my, i know you said on faceache that it was a write off, but wow, thats well and truly buggered (see what i did there )

If i were you, id make sure it runs as it stands, and swap the whole wiring loom over, may the quickest and simplest way of doing it, unless youve got an alarm and other stuffs wired in to the loom on your car?

Ive managed to get it running in the GTE, had to re-plumb the fuel pump in as it has snapped the fuel lines when it was hit, starts and runs sweet no smoke a little tappy when its cold but will sort that eventually once its in, amazingly the damn thing still drives

Going to start removing the engine today, hopefully have it out by the middle of next week

Regretting starting this already :: stripped most of the front end down, got the engine loom half out and all the plumbing disconnected, the thought of having to run wires for the fuel pump, make and fit new fuel lines etc is all becomibg abit daunting ill get pics tomorrow but it looks sorry for itsrlf.

Does anyone know what i need to do to replace a 1.0L engine loom with a 2.0L engine loom? Im really confused already

Just use the hole car loom, its easy enough, and use 10mm copper pipe for the lines
