    what would you do with it i got a bit cut happy and need to do something with it but not sure on what 2 do please help

    Looks fine like that tbh. Maybe trim the centre horizontal spar out right to the edges, but otherwise its Ok.

    well i was going to do that but dont want big gaping holes at the side of the cooler was thinking off mesh or somthing

    Yep, take the slats right out mate. Maybe need to do some filling and painting though, unless like you said you trimmed it a bit more and put some mesh in.
