its ran in the most awkward way!!! ive got it runnign through this capping on the firewall

right behind that capping is the brake pedal gubbings, it is the worst place imaginable to get it to fit (especially when you got to squeeze inside between the cage and the seat to get in the footwell) but its effective.

    those gauages are similar.

ebay, type in m14 x 1.5 to 1/8 and it will bring them up. only problem is, is that the 1/8th sensor has a long protruding end (like a coolant sensor) so it cant be screwed in that far to seal. ive used ptfe tape and hope it doesnt leak. the other option is to have one that screws directly into the end but then you cant have additional items like the pressure sensor, unless you use the other oil gallery above the pressure senders standard place.

Looking very nice fella.......... The only thing I would do is paint/powdercoat the boost pipework and tophat. Doing this will only make your bay look even more minimalistic which I know was a look you were after with the wiring tuck and so on. Just a thought! Could look tidy all grey same as the rocker cover etc.

    Nick.

    Nick.
i was thinking about this, when i fitted the nice shiny pipes i liked them, then 4/5months with out doing anything to it and looking at them i was unsure if i liked it any more.

its from a corsa b, you have to cut down the main length of it all as it wont fit in the nova holes, you have then got to cut down one of the bars that rotate off the motor. its still in progress but 90% complete.

benn has done it to his and has said it doesnt clear the screen correctly due to the angle the stub bits come out the scuttle. im yet to deal with this though, they also stick out further than the nova ones also.

one thing to consider is if it will miss the battery, fortunately my battery has a cut out in a very good place to miss the rotating arms.

hope this helps, can get pics if you'd like.

Do you remember what size hole you drilled to get the loom grommet to fit properly? Having the loom come out from that point... does it reach round to all the sensors ok?

Also, how did you manage to move your radiator over to more centre? I need to do the same in order to allow for the FMIC pipe work.
