    Removed door...







    Removed sill



    Removed arch

    Removed some of the inner sill.

    More Rot







    Removed splash guard and repaired the Outrigger.





    O/S/R arch was well hidden, but after a bit of digging found this :D



    Removed a bit more arch



    Zinc primed



    my custom out rigger Outrigger



    New inner primed, No photos of making it as it were getting dark.. very strong tho (2mm plate) and has been but welded all round to the outrigger and the floor etc

    Cheers Connor, I don't think yours will be as bad as mine.. I think if mine were a petrol i would of scrapped it years ago but being a SX and a L reg, maybe the last one at that I may aswell give her another chance.. by the time am done she will be either spaced framed or running a corsa B floor and chassis lmao

    , yea if mines too bad i'd rather scrap it, as the price for a decent shell is lower than it would cost for me to get mine done and paint it, plus with me having 0 bodywork fabrication experiance, it would probably look worse than when i started it
