    What were they? CH's CO's RK's?

    I've searched a hell of a lot of pages. I did find LM replica's 4x100 16" and I think et40 but I can't find any now

This will be an on going battle

I like bbs rims but don't think they'd suit yours Benn. I prefer your Cav turbo rims

Not saying yet incase i find some.. I've found LM's too in et40, but they are £599... and they tell me there wouldn't be enough metal on there to lower the off set.. Or i'd own them.

    RS-GT? RE?

I'd love me some Fikse 10's ... gorgeous rims!

ET 40 is reasonable - would it not be poss to even trim off 2-3 mm? I'm currently running ET42 was fine with unrolled arches. Now with them rolled I could get away with less but to be honest I don't want to go less than 42 as I know the Nova handles fine at this level.

599 aint bad for LM's but I'd want to get them polished as well. I'm getting tired looking for wheels though, and it doesn't get easier!

Et42 isnt that bad no, 45 better. But no one will say for deffo if more can be taken off (which i think is sh*t service) and i dont wanna send £599 with the 'they should be ok too' that i know they would...

So wanted a warm night in front of the tv tonight. So i thought i'd have another go at making a A pillar mounted gauge pod... As it been sat in the speaker hole in the dash for ages and it look crap and very untidy. Now alot of pod look utter wa*k, i didn't want that.

So take a pod bough at PVS (yea had it a while..)

You can see i've marked it to cut... btw its was a £2(was 5 but i bid him right down) pod from TX motorsport/JBI its proper cheap and sh*te.

Cut it up...( i did start this a while ago, so there isnt as much cut bits as there should be..)

Trim hole in A pillar trim too for better flushness.

    Trim more off...

Start to plastic weld the two together..

Now i'm doing this sat in the front room... Whole house now smells of melting plastic.. oops.

Here is where i've found where i've it to bits to get it fitting right there are large gaps in it.. So weld in bits that have been cut off...

    Weld... Trim... Weld.... Trim...

Wanted to get the side that will touch the screen right, As the other side i can belt sand down to be right.
You can see bits i've added in where there were gaps.

    A semi done finish...

This is kinda what it will look like in car...

Sand it down for best fit then re cover it in the same as it was/headlining is, and it will be 9billion times better.

I've been thinking about A pillar pods but like you've said, they look disgraceful at the best of times. And being an MK1 there is no plastic trim to be able to do what you're doing.
