    cheers mate,

on the plus side, thats the new courtney oil pump fitted

    things still to do

    1. Remove & line up quickrack then refit (thanks bazil / iain for the info )

    2. Remove engine and get chassis cut out for alternator as its fouling when driving.

    3. Remove rear axle, get it powdercoated and refit with new polybushes that i bought ages ago but never got round to fitting

oh yeah, and the small matter of getting it painted, dont think i will manage to get it all done before the new family member arrives on or around 16th of september tho.

well i actually worked on a nova today, but not mine , so dc has had problems with altenator hitting the chassis leg, so after the previous attempts to clear the leg by battering fook out the leg by the guy who tried the conversion dc removed the engine to box out the leg properly with the help of me and iain ( nov4-sport )

    a little mock up

    iain in grinder action

oh and dc's new rear strutt brace

    hopefully more tomorrow

That's what rubber mounted strut braces are for

Much respect for doing it properly despite 'properly' meaning an engine out job!
