    bing idea

get some brown package tape, put it on the inside of your bumper, cover the lot, rub soap all over the front of the tape spray the lot with expanding foam, let it expand and due to the soap and tape it will not stick

there you go a nice starting point

For the cheap option use house styrofoam - blue opr pink -= thing is this reacts badly to styrene - like body filler for glue so its s bugger to bond together.

You could try fibreglass suppliers - they do non reactive Polyurethane Foam Sheet - thats what I'm planning to use for my kit - comes in various thicknesses and is about 3ft x 1ft 1/4" thick - starts from ?12.

try www.cfsnet.co.uk - they do the glue that bonds it too!
