the grey nova was up at crail at the total vauhall day , was talking to the boy think he was from there , it was fairly quick was getting good times and sounbded awesome

Head is a X/Z18XE(1)... so I guess it'd fit mine lol

Still getting there slowly, went in for more mapping Friday night, made 192bhp as its not holding boost so I've bought a blitz boost controller and will hopefully be going back again Saturday, made 290nm of torque though! Pulls like a train :D

Yeh it's getting there Steve, forgot to mention before piston four is on its way out, has been the whole time :-/ still a ****ing flying machine regardless lol
Yeh staying original colour mate, it's gorgeous when it's fresh, the engine bay was stunning in the sunlight when I was putting it all together
I was ready to spam the sadface button if you said it was changing :d It is a gorgeous colour :)
No sad faces here lol. Someone was trying to convince me to paint it a lairy colour the other day, no chance!

Ok some way off perfect, but how much better is the inlet manifold on this engine vs. the LET?
I'd say it's a hell of a lot better not sure how it would faur out on a 2.0 though probsbly want some porting. also interesting fact pointed out by burgo, it has 4 bosses underneath for extra injectors, would just need machining out.

are the bolt holes symmetrical? sounds like it's designed to fit either way round for different models.
Never checked tbh I'll have a look when the engines out
Noo that would put the throttle body pointed near enough straight down
