Had a problem putting the inner CV joint back together, but with a little filing and some heat it all popped back together nicely...
Pulled the offside drivetrain out this morning ....
And pulled the standard shaft - here's the old and new one , the new one is 38mm shorter...
Also had a couple of badges for the engine bay made up - a VIN plate ....
And a plaque for the engine - I like made in England !
Good news is the driveshaft works a treat and no more vibration issues when cornering left - phew !

Those driveshafts are interestingany on length/sizes relative to a nova? Have they got 3 sphericals on both ends?
Inner CV has the tripod arrangement - the outer is just a standard cage and ball affair. The shaft splines are the standard ones from a Meriva Z17DTH or Meriva VXRThose driveshafts are interesting
