Carb Tuners in Hampshire

Basically looking for a tried and tested Tuner to RR setup my 1600 T40.

Must be pretty close to portsmouth (Hampshire).... but i could travel a short distance.

I'm fed up of complete shoddy workmanship, so suggestions have got to be HIGHLY reputable

Probably a bit far but Sigma in Gillingham are the DB's

There was a place Bordon/Alton way that was very good, the guy usewd to set them up by ear then use an air meter and wass always pretty much spot on.
But where exactly it is, what its called or any contact details I hav'nt got a clue. Sorry.
