the 1.8s gearbox (gertrag 265) is expensive, and nees a few mods before you can fit it on a (d)ohc engine.

also possible is a gertrag 240 gearbox.

where using a r25 gearbox from a A omega. only problem is that whe have to make a custom axle between the gearbox and the back axle.

where also using a manta B rear axel

Rob is going to be building one now he has stripped the nova. Wants a stupid spec LET though with a welded diff. I will be going the Viva route when the time comes .

for the manta 1.8s oil pick up pipe, with a little adjustment you can use a c20xe one.
