i know this will have been asked many times but to insure a second car can i declare my no claims on the 1st car i have or do i have to act as if i have none

You can only use NCB on ONE car.

have a look for insurance which will cover a second car, i'm going to have to look at this... although my manta is only ?550 fully comp and agreed valuation etc etc with lancaster... worth a try, nova's are classics now

Classic insurance doesn't use your NCB as well.
