The original elises had suspension mods done because insurance companies wanted them to have a bit of understeer so hot hatch drivers trading up wouldn't crash them. My mate worked at Jonathon Palmers promosport & they actually had to upgrade them so they would handle.
Anyway its easy to make a speedometer read really high, you jack the car up & rev it up in top.
BUT the bloke was a pillock & the SUN do have double standards to maintain.
yeah speeding is bad and i never speed never never not worth it ..................................
