any os, i want to you group policy to push a vbs script to the machine to map the new printer that has been set up

the site doesnt have a very good link and im worried that when it starts to pull the stuff over the network will fall over

We use logons scripts to map printers on all three sites I work at. Your main problem will be if the computer having the printer mapped (if that makes sense?!?!? ) doesnt already have a copy of the driver as it will try and pull that down and install it from the machine that the printer is mapped from.

I've only worked with Windows as clients so I dont know about other OS's, maybe they do the same thing?

    Hope that helps
