Different kettle of fish my old fruitcake, were talking grafting a cossy 4x4 drivetrain to a nova, not just an engine and box, but i do see where your coming from, XE's in MK1 escy's are awesome!

well it was running with the rear wheels turning earlier ( no shafts in the front you see). Be while yet until its fully done properly. Im taking mine off the road after donnington to "do some work" i 'll keep hush until i do , and some bits of mine will be used to make this run right.

www.waldenengineering.co.uk they will do ot for you but it will be pricey
pretty sure ive seen a few 4 wheel drive novas on rally stages etc never seen it at any of the shows or in any mags. i was watching british rally cross last nite on men and motors there were a few on there and i think they were 4 wheel drive. a nova won one of the races because an exige span it and overall they didnt do that well they were either upside sown going off the track or puring out smoke. the guy that won was the bollox but in the third race think he broke down or something haha good ol novas

Right, 4x4 Novas are a fairly common occurance in Mondello Park at the Rallycross, theres about 5 or 6 of tem, all pushing out well over 500bhp. A mate reckons he can fit the GSI Cav 4x4 ream beam with a bit oif nipping and tucking, but the weel base, side to side would be mental looking, but **** it, I've loads of spare shells so might try it. Alternatively, fit an engine in the boot.

there's been a few attempts at 4x4ing mk2 astra's, all of them have ended up being scrapped or sold on as unfinished projects and then scrapped
