    Default Wheel fitting

please dont punch me too hard for asking the '17" wheels' question...

    right...fitting 17s to a mk2 1.2

    rolled arches
    205/40 tyres
    7" wide wheels

would there be any inner arch mods needed, and could i drop it 25mm (just to get rid of the arch/wheel caps) without having to hack away at the front wings

    cheers

Easy Cambridge, hes only asking a question. Just make sure you get as near to the correct offset as you can. I know thats sounds obvious, but it can be easily forgotten when your in the showroom I've got 1's on mine and I've had to cut and roll the arch to fit them.
