Irmscher gear knob

How would i go about putting a Irmscher gear knob on my Nova gear shaft??? Is it possible???

if it has a plastic insert thats meant to fit onto cars like calibra cav etc then i think the only way would be to fill it up with fibre glass or simalr an put it the nove gear stick

This might sound stupid but just sleeve it with something else.
Temp measure could be duct tape but make sure you regulary check the grub screws.
