I just went to log onto my internet banking and typed the passcode wrong 3 times and i have to wait 5 days for them to send me a new passcode

i did that a few weeks ago. All i wanted to do was change something and it asked me an obscure security question that it has never asked me before, something about a pet i think it was. I couldnt remember the answer... guessed a few times and it locked me out. I can only get back in if i phone the telephone banking service and request they unlock it for me again.

Bloody ridiculous.

BUT, as that account is now only used to pay the tv licence until the BAF allows me to switch the direct debit to my new bank account... i dont need to worry about the online banking really. I can use the cash machine just across the road from where i work to get a mini statement anyway.
