whats best for downloading dvd's, games, programs, etc for f

has anyone got a link or a program they can tell me about for downloading these things?

I've been told something about bit torrent, no idea what it means.

Download bit torrent (do a search on google)

Then go to the supRnova site and 'right click save as' on any torrent and save it to your desktop. Double click the file once downloaded hey presto your now downloading your movie/game/music whatever.
