Got a phonecall from old friends in Portugal asking when I'd be over for a caipirinha again. We've been seeing each other for nearly 40 years (God I'm old) and we still enjoy each others company, whether that be sober or drunk.

8 years and 11 months! I think that'll be the plan. Don't want to keep paying what I am now incase I lose my job so overpayment will be the way forward for me I think.

Just 2 years mate, only moved in in January as well. Spent a fair bit on it so the loan to value changed quite bit so got a much lower rate of interest when renewing which is a boost.
