Shit that's an expensive lesson! Although I have no sympathy (as you'd expect) BUT I wont deny, I have used my phone while driving although now with 3 points for exceeding the goods vehicle speed limit I cant afford more points as this 1.6 Astra I've got has cost me £800+ to insure for a year ffs that's with 4 years NCB!

Getting rear ended because of this dumb **** who pulled out in front of me, when I was less than 10 feet away from her. In the rain. And when it rains in Malta, especially the first rain of the year, it's literally like driving on soap. My brakes locked up and ABS kicked in, but the old guy driving the 106 behind me was less lucky.

Thankfully, no damage was done, just a minor scrape on the bumper (thankfully it's a black car)

If it was anything serious, I would have gone to jail for 1 count of rape and 1 count of 1st degree murder. I would have flown after that fuckshit.
