    Stuart asked for advice regarding the pills so was just stating hence the 'placebo' effect comment. Without talking about illegal products like stacking winstrol etc it is all about focusing on diet but more importantly finding what works for you - taking advice is a great help but everyone's body works differently to certain foods, supps etc. Body types also can save a lot of hassle if you understand your own.

    Clenbuterol is something I keep hearing about that does apparently work, I'd rather stay fat then start chucking pills I know nothing about or whats in them, down my neck.

    Back at it me.midway thru week one of bootcamp style training outside at various locations round here 6am four times a week for an hour.loving it.signed up for a 10k charity run in october aswell.done 4.5 miles tonight on me own and 1.5 with my son as hes doing the shorter course of 1.5miles

    Get up la, I fucking hate running and my cardio is so poor I don't bother, plus I have tendinitis/plantar faciitis or some bollocks, basically pain in my lower legs and sole of foot...

    If one were to look at some small weights for at home... What would be "best"?
    e.g. weighted werd shite like renegade rows etc.

    I see decathlon have a 20Kg dumbell set for £30, but would the plates being round be a problem with them rolling around when trying to hold a plank over them etc (yeah, well gay )
    Or would a fixed set of hexagonal dumbells be better for this kinda mincing?
    eBay I assume for an unused 2nd hand set
