So moving on from what pissed me off, went yesterday to see a mortgage advisor and got a mortgage promise of up to £115,000 so I'm well pleased with that. Properties I've been looking at are around £80,000-£95,000 so should be easily affordable

Thanks Pete, they're looking into my cards and a current loan I'm still paying that I've had for 7 years through Lloyds, also x2 credit cards that I never even had which I supposedly paid PPi on

I had over the 16 year period they're looking into about 8 different loans with the AA and Lloyds so god know if I'll get a decent amount or not, fingers crossed though
