Time to knock it on the head then tbh next year I'll be cutting it right back as I'll start getting serious with my training. Not gonna quit drinking alcohol but will cut it out for as long as I can. Need to shift this belly.
I haven't been training seriously since last year, I went from being really lean to around 17 % body fat and a fair drop in muscle mass. I still go to the gym but just not been arsed to go with the same intensity as before. Motivation is dwindling and diet just hadn't been good recently. The worst thing about it is I'm just not bothered just now.
Why does this thread always descend into people talking about training and weight lifting and body building and protein shakes and steroids and lunging.
my bug bear is overuse of the word 'training'...surely unless you are doing cardio/strength exercise to improve at a sport you do then surely its just 'going to the gym'

Being moved from weekly pay to monthly....in feck g December proably the most expensive month of the year and on top of that I have a 1k fine to pay before the 20th as well. ....so mega broke ffs!

It wasn't going to be a easy change at anytime of the year but this close to Christmas is rediclous. They are 1.5years late from taking me off agency as it is now they pull this shit. Would have rather just been left be tbh....weekly is/was awesome one weeks pay sorted rent and then I had 3 weeks of doing what I pleased pretty much
